Run on the AI we built for ourselves.

What you get

A roadmap your team can act on.

We examine the work behind the tool requests: inputs, handoffs, repeat tasks, review time and the systems already in use.

Each priority includes expected value, dependencies and a way to measure success.

Work with LOKAL on this offer alone, or combine it with the other services as your needs develop.

Scope

Built around your team’s work.

01

Workflow & team review

Interview the people doing the work and map briefing, production, reporting and account delivery. Identify bottlenecks and existing good practice.

02

Data & tools

Review brand knowledge, source data, permissions and integrations. Decide where an existing tool is enough and where a custom build is justified.

03

Commercial priorities

Compare opportunities by effort, frequency, quality and likely value. Separate assumptions from measured baselines.

04

Pilot & roadmap

Define a first pilot, acceptance criteria, accountable owners, budget assumptions and a sequence for subsequent work.

Deliverables

Know what you are buying.

01

An agreed scope and a useful outcome.

Your proposal sets the deliverables, timeline, responsibilities and fees before work begins.

  • Workflow and systems map
  • Prioritised opportunity register
  • Build-versus-buy recommendations
  • Pilot scope, measurement plan and implementation roadmap

How we use AI

We use AI to run our own agency.

We do the work we teach.

LOKAL has served 250+ organisations since 2017 and trained around 1,500 people in the two years to September 2026.

Our production teams use AI to support all our existing clients, with up to 80% AI-powered delivery. Everyone on our team is AI-certified. We teach your team the skills we use and build the tools they need.

We built LOKI, our own Company OS, to support our SEO, ads, website delivery and account servicing. We’re also pioneers in answer engine optimisation (AEO), helping brands get found in AI search.

Getting people to use AI.

“He was one of the earliest people in the company to treat AI adoption as a change-management problem rather than a tooling problem, and he was right.”

Common Questions

What people ask before they hire us.

Do we have to hire LOKAL for implementation?

No. Discovery produces a roadmap you can use with your own team or another delivery partner. We can also scope the build and adoption support.

What marketing tasks can you automate with AI?

LOKAL can build AI tools for campaign research, content drafts, creative variations, reporting, meeting preparation and account updates. We can also build assistants that use your brand guidelines and client documents. Discovery identifies which tasks are worth automating, what data and integrations are needed, and where your team should review the output. Access to client information and approval steps are agreed before the build.

How much does AI training or automation cost for a marketing team?

LOKAL quotes AI training and automation around the work you need. Training costs depend on team size, session format and how much tailoring is required. Custom builds depend on the workflow, integrations, testing and ongoing support. Your proposal lists the deliverables, fees and software costs. You can book training, discovery, a custom build or ongoing consulting separately; you do not need to buy all four.

Which AI tools should our marketing team learn?

The right tools depend on your team’s work and the software you already use. LOKAL teaches Claude and ChatGPT for research, strategy and content; Copilot and Gemini for work in Microsoft and Google tools; and NotebookLM for working with your own sources. We also cover Grok and Grok Bots, plus Runway and Higgsfield for creative production. We help you choose a useful set rather than asking everyone to learn every tool.

Can you build AI tools for our agency’s clients under our brand?

Yes. LOKAL can build AI assistants, automations and client-facing tools under your agency’s brand. Your agency keeps the client relationship while we provide the agreed technical work. Before starting, we define the deliverables, branding, access to client data, ownership and support responsibilities. We can also train your team to use and manage the finished tools.

Where should we start with AI, and can you support us after training?

Start with training if your team needs practical skills, discovery if you need help deciding what to change, or a custom build if you already know what you want. LOKAL also offers ongoing consulting and retainers for team coaching, advice and help putting AI plans into practice. We agree the priorities, working sessions and support included, with engineering and maintenance specified where needed.
