How it runs

Four steps. Then it runs every month.

You brief us once. By week two there is one plan for every property, then our specialists do the work and report monthly.

  1. You brief once.

The properties, the priorities for each season and access to the accounts the first month needs.

  2. A plan by week two.

Demand, the booking path and spend across the portfolio, and what to stop doing.

  3. We do the work.

SEO, paid campaigns, AI search and site changes. You approve what ships.

  4. One monthly report.

Written so owners can read it. The retainer scales with the properties in scope.

Six-month first term, then monthly. A fit check at day 60.

Common questions

Before the work starts.

What is hotel marketing in the Philippines?

It is the work that brings guests to a property and gets them to book: hotel SEO, paid campaigns, AI search, the website and booking path, tracking and monthly reporting. A senior strategist owns one plan for the property or portfolio and decides the order; our specialists do the work.

How much does hotel marketing cost in the Philippines?

It is priced on scope: the properties, the channels and the work in the plan. The first term is six months, then monthly, with a fit check at day 60. The written proposal sets out the configuration.

Do you guarantee bookings or occupancy?

No. Demand, rates and seasons move bookings too. The HII figures are paid-media measures (spend, clicks, cost per click and click-through rate), not a booking count. We report bookings separately wherever your tracking allows it.

How do hotels grow bookings and improve margins?

Find where demand already exists, fix what stops guests from booking direct, then put spend on the channels that bring profitable stays. We compare the cost of a direct booking with the OTA commission before moving budget, and report bookings separately from clicks.

Should hotels reduce their OTA mix?

That depends on the property’s demand and what each channel costs you. We compare OTA contribution with the cost of a direct booking before recommending any shift. A fixed reduction target is not a plan.

How does AI affect hotel marketing now?

Guests now ask AI assistants where to stay. Those answers draw on your site, your Business Profile and travel listings, so the property facts must be accurate and consistent everywhere guests look.

What is the difference between hotel marketing and hotel SEO?

Hotel SEO covers organic search: destination pages, Business Profile and the site. Hotel marketing covers the whole plan, including paid campaigns, AI search, the booking path and reporting. Most groups start with the whole plan.
