LOKAL is the trading name of LKL Global Technologies Inc.
We work from offices in Sydney and Manila. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean LOKAL, and "you" means the person or organisation using this website or working with us.

You may browse this website and use its content for your own information.
You may not copy, scrape or republish the site or its content without our written permission, interfere with how it works, or use it in a way that breaks the law. The site is provided as is, and we may change or remove content at any time.

Engagements are governed by the written scope
Every engagement starts with a written proposal and scope.
That document sets the services, responsibilities, approvals, fees and term for the work. These terms do not override a signed agreement; where the two differ, the signed agreement applies.
Your accounts, data and work stay yours
You keep your accounts, your data and every piece of work produced for the engagement, from day one.
Access, responsibilities and handover are agreed at the start, and when an engagement ends we hand everything back in working order.
How we use AI
We use AI tools in our work.
We use business, team and enterprise accounts only, under terms that stop the AI companies training on client data. A senior strategist owns every plan, and a person is responsible for every decision.

Intellectual property in this website
The LOKAL name, logo, design and the content of this website belong to us or to the parties who licensed them to us.
Nothing on the site grants you a licence to use them beyond ordinary browsing. Work produced for a client engagement is covered by the written scope, not by this section.
Liability
The website and its content are provided for general information.
To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for loss arising from use of the website. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law, including the Australian Consumer Law. Liability for client engagements is set in the written scope.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes about them are handled in the courts of that jurisdiction.
