White-label SEO

White-label SEO your agency can put its name on.

Your agency sells the SEO. We do the crawl fixes, briefs, pages and reports under your name, and never face your clients.

Your agency keeps the client relationship.

What does a white-label SEO partner do?

White-label SEO gives your agency a senior strategist and specialists to run search work under your name.

You set the client strategy; our strategist owns the SEO plan for the work in scope, and your team approves it before anything ships.

The work

Work you can inspect before you put your name on it.

For agencies selling SEO under their own brand that need the crawl fixes, briefs, pages and reports done without hiring.

  1. 01

    Technical search work

Crawling, indexing, templates, internal links and page signals, turned into a ranked list with an owner and an acceptance check.

What you check: the ranked list and who approves each change.

  2. 02

    Content briefs and on-page work

Briefs start with the search job and the page already on the site: the questions worth answering, entities, links and where a writer’s judgement is needed.

What you check: the brief before a writer opens a document.

  3. 03

    Implementation support

Changes go to your developer or into the CMS once access and responsibility are clear. Every change has an owner, a review point and a rollback path.

What you check: the change log and the rendered page.

  4. 04

    QA before handoff

A named reviewer checks the page, the query job, links, metadata, structured data and mobile output before your team sees it. Open questions stay visible.

What you check: the QA note attached to each page.

  5. 05

    Client-ready reporting

Reports use your format or a clean unbranded template. They connect work to movement, explain limits and name the next client decision.

What you check: the report before it reaches the client.

  6. 06

    AI-search measurement

Off-the-shelf tools can monitor prompts, mentions and citations. We add the query design, source mapping, work list and interpretation that turn monitoring into useful work.

What you check: the fixed question panel and its run log.

How it starts

The first 30 days

Four steps in the first month, then a monthly rhythm.

  1. Confirm crawl access

Share Search Console, analytics and CMS access for the first account, and name who approves technical changes.

  2. Map the search jobs

The strategist turns the account goal into a query map: category, local and branded jobs, and the pages that own them.

  3. Ship the backlog

Specialists work the agreed crawl issues, templates, links and answer passages. Your team reviews them and presents them to the client.

  4. Report against the map

Monthly reporting follows the query map. It names what shipped, what moved and which search jobs still need a decision.

Before we start

One retainer per partner, with written boundaries.

  • Search work is scoped by domain and query map inside one partner retainer, from USD 2,000 a month.
  • Technical changes need a named approver at your agency. We do not publish live SEO edits without that sign-off.
  • You can keep other SEO contractors. The agreement names Search Console access, the query map and the reporting format.
  • The initial term is six months, then monthly, with a day-60 fit check.

Before the first account

Questions agency owners ask before the first account

Is the retainer priced per partner or per client?

Search work is scoped by domain and query map inside one partner retainer, from USD 2,000 a month. Extra sites are added by agreement, not billed as a hidden per-client line.

Will LOKAL speak to our clients?

No. We never face your clients. Your agency owns the relationship and the communication. We prepare the recommendations, evidence and work for your team to review and present.

Who sets the SEO direction?

Your agency sets the strategy for the client. Our strategist owns the SEO plan for the work in scope, using the commercial context you supply, and your team approves it.

Do we have to work exclusively with LOKAL?

No. There is no exclusivity requirement. You choose the people and partners your agency needs, and your resale price is yours. The written agreement defines the work and the account-protection rules.

How do technical changes get approved?

The scope records access, the proposed change and who can approve it. Recommendations are reviewed with your agency before implementation, then checked against the agreed requirement and the rendered page.

Can SEO and AEO work together?

Yes. The strategist can coordinate SEO and answer-engine work when the account needs both. Each activity still needs a clear purpose, evidence and a place in the plan.

Can an Australian agency work with you?

Yes. Sydney and Manila work as one team. Confirm AEST working requirements, the internal decision channel and GST treatment in the quote. Your agency keeps the relationship and the approvals.

A useful first call

What would you hand over first?

You’ll speak with someone responsible for the work. Thirty minutes, no finished scope needed.
