Do you replace an existing agency, or work alongside?

Who owns the work, the data and the accounts?
You do, from day one. Your business keeps its accounts, its data and every piece of work produced for the engagement. For an agency, the client relationship and the brand on the work remain yours. Access, responsibilities and handover are agreed at the start. Read the account-protection rules ↗
Can we scale down or stop?
Yes. The first term is six months, then the retainer runs monthly. After the first term you can scale down or stop. At day 60 we run a fit check, and either side can say it is not working. You keep your accounts, data and work throughout.
Do you guarantee results?
No. We agree the scope, the responsibilities, the milestones and the measures of success in writing. We do not guarantee a search ranking, an AI recommendation or a revenue outcome, because those depend on factors outside the work as well as the work itself. Your strategist shows progress and trade-offs as they happen and adjusts the plan when the evidence calls for it.
