If a lawyer has not opened the cited case, it does not go in the filing. That is the whole rule.
Do not put a live matter in a consumer chat
Client files belong on Team/Enterprise or an equivalent controlled workspace, not a personal free account.
We don’t sell an “AI lawyer” product

What does LOKAL do for law firms?
Consulting, implementation and training for the practice. We map what AI should touch, we build it in the firm, or we train the lawyers who will run it — Claude or ChatGPT on research, drafting and first-pass contracts, with a human still responsible for the filing. We don’t sell an “AI lawyer,” and this isn’t law-firm advertising.
What can a firm use it for?

What must we never use it for?
Do not file output you have not checked. Do not put a live client file in a consumer chat window. Do not treat the model as counsel.
Consult, build, or train — which door?
Consult if you need a map. Build if you want it implemented in the firm (workspace, workflows, guardrails). Train if the team needs to run it themselves. Most work starts with the consult, then we implement.
How much does it cost?
The requirements call is free. A build is quoted after we know the workflows. Training is quoted once we know the team size and whether it is on-site.
How soon can you start?
Most programmes are scoped on the 30-minute call and started within two to three weeks. If you have a date, put it in the form.
Is this the same as LOKAL’s law-firm marketing service?
No. Our law-firm marketing service covers SEO, ads and websites for firms. This is AI for the practice itself.
