The work in scope

What the team runs

What does white-label SEO include?

A senior strategist sets search priorities and specialists carry out agreed technical SEO, content briefs, on-page work and reporting under your brand.

Your agency keeps the client relationship. SEO can be the first scope in one partner retainer; AI-search work is agreed alongside it when the account needs it.

AI search and answer engines

When AI search is in scope, we map the questions that matter to the account, record the sources being cited and prioritise useful changes. The AEO service explains this work in full; no answer engine’s citations or recommendations are guaranteed.

Answer coverage you can show a client

Prompt sets are designed per account, not bought off a shelf. We record which answers name your client, which name a competitor, and which name nobody — then work the gap. The benchmark behind the method is published, so your team can check how it is measured.

Technical SEO

Crawling, indexing, templates, internal links and page-level signals, reviewed and turned into a short list of priorities your team can inspect. Every recommendation names its owner, its review point and, where the platform allows, how to undo it.

Content briefs and on-page work

A brief starts with the search job and the page already on the site: the questions worth answering, the supporting entities, the internal-link changes, and the parts that need a writer’s judgement. Never a target word count.

Reporting your team can present

Your template or a clean unbranded one. Reports connect the work to movement, state the limits plainly and end on the next client decision, rather than filling slides with exported charts.

An audit for your prospects

Every partner retainer includes an SEO and AI-visibility audit for a prospect you are pitching, prepared by us and presented by you. It is not an upsell, and your prospect never learns our name.

From brief to review

From onboarding to the fit review

  1. Day one — in your Slack

Your strategist joins your internal channel and meets your team, not your client.

We confirm the first account, its commercial context, the access we need and the single person who can approve a change.

  2. Week two — the plan, and what stops

We audit demand, conversion and retention across the account and set the order of work. The plan names dependencies and the activity that should stop, so your team can defend the sequence in a client meeting.

  3. Week three — specialists start

AI search and technical work begin together, with the strategist keeping both tied to the account plan. You review inside your channel, then take the recommendations and reporting to the client as your own.

  4. Day 60 — the fit check

A scheduled conversation about the working relationship itself: what is landing, what is not, and whether the priorities still match the client’s commercial reality. The initial term is six months, then monthly.

Working with an Australian agency
  • Quotes are issued in Australian dollars with GST stated separately. One retainer per partner, from USD 2,000 a month, configured around the accounts in scope.
  • Manila and Sydney run as one team across the AEST working day, so a question asked in your morning is answered inside it, not overnight.
  • The Sydney office is at Level 35, Tower One, International Towers, 100 Barangaroo Avenue — a real address your client can look up, and a team that can join an Australian call when you want one.
  • We never face your clients. Your agency owns the relationship, the approvals and the presentation of the work; account protection is in writing.
  • There is no exclusivity requirement and your resale price is yours. The scope names the work, the responsibilities and anything quoted separately as a build.

Before we start

Questions Australian agencies ask

Is this white-label SEO, or something else?

Yes. The work ships under your brand and we never face your client. Our strategist brings a plan for the work in scope rather than waiting for a brief, and your team approves it.

Who is the retainer priced for — us, or each client?

One retainer per partner, from USD 2,000 a month, configured around the accounts in scope rather than billed per client. The initial term is six months, then monthly, with a fit check at day 60.

Is the price in Australian dollars, and is GST included?

We quote in Australian dollars and state GST separately on the quote and the invoice, so your own client pricing is easy to build on top. The underlying retainer floor is set in US dollars.

Do you actually work the Australian day?

Yes. The team works the Australian business day from Sydney and Manila; live overlap is agreed around AEST and AEDT. You are not waiting a night for an answer: a request made on Tuesday morning is in progress on Tuesday morning.

Will LOKAL ever speak to our clients?

No. We never face your clients. Your agency owns the relationship and every piece of communication. We prepare the recommendations, evidence and work for your team to review and present as its own.

What stops you approaching our clients directly?

Account protection in writing, signed before the first account starts. The agreement names the clients in scope and holds after the engagement ends.

Can you prove the AI-search work rather than describe it?

Our AI-search benchmark is published, including how the prompts are built and how a citation is counted. Read the method, then ask us to run it on one of your own accounts before you commit.

What does the prospect audit involve?

We prepare an SEO and AI-visibility audit on a prospect you are pitching, in your template. You present it. It is included in the retainer, and the prospect never learns that anyone but your agency produced it.

How is this different from your Philippines page?

The offer is the same and so is the team. This page answers Australian agencies buying in Australian dollars across the AEST day; the Philippines page answers agencies anywhere who are searching for the Manila team specifically.

How quickly can we start?

A 30-minute consultation establishes whether the fit is real. If it is, we can usually have a strategist in your channel within a week and the first plan in front of you inside a fortnight.
